Samantha graduated from the University of Huddersfield in 2005 and began her career in law as a legal secretary, quickly progressing to a fee earner covering all aspects of residential and commercial property, ranging from standard transactional work to issues over Village Greens.
Taking a short break from property to assist as a fee earner in private client, Samantha has predominantly focused her career on property, specialising in more complex residential transactions such as Building Safety Act, defective and reconstituted titles, leasehold, newbuild and commercial property work.
Samantha also assists clients with adverse possession claims and right-of-way infringements.
